Going Above and Beyond!!

I had the most amazing service from Woolworths Online and in Particular Woolworths Dash. I contact the head of online to let him know that I couldn't get Woolies Dash in my street which is about 500m from where the Dash service currently delivers. No problem, he puts me in touch with the person at Woolworths Dash. Initially they provided a temporary solution which was a tremendous administrative and manual effort on their part. Then the other day, I get a message from Abe Groenewald to say Dear Mrs S, You'll be pleased to know that the Woolworths dash service has been updated to include your area. Have you ever in your life!!! What an excellent customer experience. To ABE Groenewald, Mfundo Nxele (For the calls and the assistance and manual effort it took to get my groceries delivered and the excellent service and manner in which you addressed me) and to Wayne Leverton for putting me in touch with the right person and for listening to my dilemma.
