Gluwein horrible!!

We bought the house brand wine Gluwein from your store. I must say I am shocked. We bought a case couldn't drink any. They are so bubbly almost taste rotten if that is the right word. It keeps producing bubbles we can drink any of it!! Horrible. I was expecting better.
