Glass in my Woolworths pancake.

My bought a 4 pack of pancakes with chicken filling from woolworths in killarney mall. I ate it 2 days later and found a piece of glass inside the filling. Fortunately i was able to spit it out. Contacted their customer services and they advised me to keep the piece of glass and packaging aside for collection. When i enquired if the store was contacted to remove the product off the shelves they said that their foods team will investigate. This all happened between 23rd and 25th of August. Since then i have not received any feedback from woolworths. Very little concern shown in my opinion for something that is quiet serious. Imagine if someone bought it as a snack for their child and the child swallowed it.
