Glass in my Chocolate!!!

I have had terrible service from Woolworths on a serious matter and couldn't be more disappointed! I almost shattered my tooth when enjoying a chocolate Chuckles lolly which I got for Valentines day when I bit into a piece of what seems to be glass/ very hard plastic. I sent an email alerting Woolworths of this issue and got a response 4 days later, to which I rep**** to again with images of the wrapper and piece of glass. 2 days later I get a response saying they will provide me with feedback after they hear from there suppliers. I keep wondering what the situation would be like if I had let me son eat this lolly and he wound up in hospital. Would Woolworths still have the same stance? I am absolutely shocked. This is a food item I have still seen on the shelves. They love taking money from people but no accountability when the ball is in their court. Really expected better from a brand I generally hold high.

Not sure I will be using Woolworths for a while at least!
