Giving out you statement balance to anyone

Good day<br> I am totally disgusted by woolworths phalaborwa. I asked someone to pay my account and they give out my statement balance to the person that pays it. Or even on request from the person. How is this possible? Dont you have to verify that its the correct customer that is standing in front of you before you give out information like that... this is unacceptable.. if I did that in my job I would get fired... this is totally not on!!!!
