giving me a run around about my refund!!!

i purchased goods at woolworths Menlyn Maine on saturday around 13.07 pm at till 5, the machine hung just after i had paid. the supervisor was called and i informed them that i went through on my bank account and she checked on their system at a corner their by herself and she then informed me that it doesnt show on their side. then i repaid at another till and they gave me the plastic for free for the inconvinience, saying the transaction will reverse back into my account and 4 days later it still no reversal. I want my R230 back, and when i asked the supervisor said i can go to any store but when i called to query she tells me to come back to menlyn maine, i cannot go back there...so she **** and was very rude. So as a paying customer i am not pleased with the whole mess. i want my money back within the next 24hrs please.
