Give me my paid up letter!

<p>I had a WW credit card and have since paid it up. I contacted Absa Bank as they were administering the account but they refuse to give me my letter. When I check on my account on the Woolworths financial services site, I can see that it has been settled but I need the letter stating I owe them nothing.</p> <p>Please can someone help?</p>
