GIVE BACK MY MONEY WOOLWRTHS

imagine being a client for so many years with Woolworths then you make a call to query why is my money not showing , i have paid R 1700 on my credit card and i was refunded R 544 from payflex , the money is not showing , i am being told i was supposed to use budget option when i swipe my card , then i asked the consultant so Woolworths took R R 2200 cause i was over budget and nothing shows on my statement , the consultant does not know how to explain to me what happened to my money , i have had this credit for a while but after this i will cancel both my store card and credit , i am very IRRITATED with this , how do you take my money and tell me that what owe while installment is R 800 per month
