Giftbag for R75 ..shocking

Disgusting service from Woolworths at Mall @ Reds, scrutinizing the people during covid with sky high prices of a gift bag. I paid R75 for a gift bag, like really. I bought a gift for a friend that was going to Zim but had to return it the very next day as the person already left for Zim. Woolworths only accepted the shorts n PJ Tshirt but not the giftbag n pack of 3 underwear. It was returned the very next day and not even opened but i was told I cannot return it, What am I suppose to do with men's underwear. What is your markup for the giftback as it was a shocking R75. Am I allowed to return it as it was given the very next day? Please sort this matter asap.
