Gift Voucher Refund Query

I have been trying since 13 July 2020 to have a refund query sorted out, have spoken to Unathi who was very good at following up and referring me to Online and I spoke to Lebo who said I must call her with the gift card number, the direct number she gave me just rings, I then called Unathi again who said she will get Lebo to call me, that was 14 July, I got a call today 20 July from Singa who was responding to my email, I had to explain the whole story to her, got cut off twice, said she was having problems with her landline, sent me an email that Lebo will call me, 7 hours has passed and no call.
