****** gift card funds

The employees at Woolworths online stole funds from my gift card. I received a gift card as a birthday gift and made a purchase online using the gift card. When delivery was supposed to take place I was told the delivery vehicle was ****** with my items. I was promised a refund

I was later told the money had been refunded into the gift voucher, I found this odd as it could be the gift card had been disposed. I contacted them telling them that I had misplaced the gift card, only to be told that they could only refund directly into the gift card. I even received an email from a lady named Nolusindiso saying it can only be refunded into the 16 digit gift card

Well I found my gift card and when I tried to use it, no funds. When I call I am told that it was sent via sms to a number I had long changed. I believe this was just a ploy to ***** my funds. I made numerous follows ups and I was even told to go report the gift card missing at the police station. I want my money back
