Gift Card *****

I bought a Woolworths gift at a value of R1 088.00 around March 2020. At the beginning of May 2020, I tried purchasing with the card, that is when I was told that the card only had R 88.00 left. I had not used the card before. I lodged a complaint immediately, and during their investigations, I was told that the card was used to buy for the value of R1000 in Cape Town. Please note that I have not been to Cape Town and therefore I could not have used the card, and the card has been in my possession all along. I have been calling Woolworths and I have been going to their Cresta branch for an update regarding my complaint, and yet they still have not resolved the matter. I feel that this matter has not been attended to with urgency and priority. I also feel belittled as their customer
