Gift Card

<p>We purchase a gift card for mothersday at Woolworth Irene Mall. We made a mistake send the mothersday card with gift card by normal post to my mother in Port Elizabeth. She never received the card. I went to Woolworth Sunnyside around the 28/29 June 2017 to stop the card. I provided the card number and cvv number. They phone to stop card (Incident number 479192) and confirmed that the card was not used. I was told today that only R5 something left on the card when I enquiry to replace the gift card. They told me that they received a call back to inform that the card was used. Something don’t sound right.</p> <p> </p>
