Ghost transaction on Woolworths store card

Their is ghost transaction of R2644 hanging on my account that no one can give answers to. I have spend hours at the Walmer store in PE to resolve this but no success. The staff has phoned the WWFS numerous times and no one can help. They know I have not spend the money I have promised to do the adjustment on the account
