Getting harassed for absolutely no reason.

I am sending this complaint on behalf of my mother. She is paying her monthly installment every month for 30 years but now gets harassed by your financial department 4 or 5 times every day for almost a month now. She answers the call and then the line just cuts off. To say this is ridiculous is actually a compliment, personally, I think it is sick. Not even a stalker will go on like this. We decided that we will NEVER use Woolworths anymore and I will lay official charges against Woolworths SA. This is a ******** act by Woolworths SA. Who in their right mind phones a client 4 to 5 times every day for absolutely no reason? Your call center agents are sick, to say the least. Her account is paid up to date. She NEVER skips a month. She will NEVER buy from Woolworths again.
