Getting attacked in Woolworths Canalwalk and being treated as a ********

I was shopping at Woolworths Canalwalk and was standing in the line to pay. I was second from the front when this women suddenly made a point about social distancing, when we were standing as we were for more than 10min, more than a trolley length apart from each other. There was a man standing with her the whole time when we were in line, and then he left as we got the the pay point. When she made a comment that I am standing on her "mark" on the floor, which i clearly wasn't, because my trolley was parked with its front wheels just off the mark. VERY quickly this whole issue became a racial scenario as she stated that i was standing where i want and its because she was black. Then it became a argument and one word after another, when suddenly this man that was standing with her returned and also became part of this argument, and became very aggressive. When i told him to stand away, he took off his glasses and was approaching me and my wife, calling me a WHITE ASSHOLE. I told him to go. the shops staff tried to remove him from the scene and then he turned and run towards my trolley, KICKING the trolley in my way. He damaged the trolley and a few items i had in the trolley. Next thing is, i am treated as the bad guy because these staff members approached me and is saying i shouldnt use vulgar language! Even CANALWALK security was approaching me and confronted me. I didnt cause this problem and i surely did not play this racial card...why must i be treated as a ********. Why does these people get to turn everything that doesnt go their way into racial issues. I wasnt calling these people any names....i did swear yes, but what would anyone do being attacked by another shopper like that. These CANAL WALK security people even told me "someone has to go down..." I asked this man with his red jersey, WHAT DO YOU MEAN..... Then he kept quiet. I was even told by the Deputy manager, Zimasa and the Head of Foods in the store, Joseph, that i should apologize to this woman. Can you believe it. I never called anyone any names relating to race or any of this bull****, but i have to apologize.....FOR WHAT? Before anything is going to be done, i have to give a statement... Go and look at the store footage....its clear. I have Taken to names and numbers of by-standers, who saw this whole thing and even was filming this on their phones.

I will not set my foot in any of your stores again. Your people treat a person who was attacked in your store and as a ********. I will also make this public to let other people see what your ethics is all about. Getting called ****** names and nothing happens to this people who called the names, but let me just say anything in that aspect....getting arrested.
