Get your story straight.

Was at the west coast village branch in Sunningdale. Shop says they close at 9pm on google and the sign on the entrance door. Told by the manager they close at 8pm and it's a issue I must take up with head office. Can clearly see the staff just wanted to go home as soon as possible. Not impressed
