Genesis store must fall

Your store at Genesis centre is a total waste of space. Your staff do not care about customers and treat customers like they don't need them The manager can't be found anywhere. The shelves are empty. I hope the customer queues will soon be a thing of the past if that is the way customers are treated. I am dusgusted!
