Geaina Galleries Woolworths - Worst customer service

I went to exchange a pair of pants that was bought for me. It was the wrong size. There was absolute reluctance to help me. Only one cashier with two standing around. After finally being helped the pants were scrutinized and I was told there was a mark and they couldn't exchanged it. I explained all the tags were still on and it was bought at Kollonade centre. I never wore it. Only came to exchange it. I was told to go back to Kollonade even after explaining I dont have a car currently and had to rely on Bolt to get me to Gezina. Waited almost 15 minutes for a supervisor who then treated me with utmost contempt. She only listened to the woolworths assistant and didn't allow me an opportunity to explain.
