I have sent an email on the 5th of October requesting the availability of a product (Garlic Prawns 500g - minimum 25 butterf**** prawns - Product code: ***) and still haven't receive any reply. I have also approached a few stores and no one seems to know if it is a discontinued product or not, however, I can still see it on your product list online. Looking forward to your reply
