Garbage Service

I received the order on Tuesday- 8th Dec, only to discover that the ice cream was delivered thawed out and completely damaged (mini mint crunch flavoured ice cream solos). This is now the second time this has happened. I am not sure if this is not being packed correctly during transit. manner in which they arrived.

Additionally the apricots (600g) that were ordered are completely soft, some are damaged and on the verge of going bad.

I have reached out to Woolworths on the same day via email and have yet to receive any feedback!

This is such terrible customer service and unacceptable that I should pay for things that I cannot eat.
