GAMMON - 35% was only fat

What is happening with Woolworths. Yesterday I bought a deboned gammon (rolled in its little net), cooked it and when I started slicing it two thirds were fat. So out of my 1,430kg gammon, 490g was pure fat. Very dissappointing. Will have to think about changing my store when purchasing the Christmas gammons. These days I also have to check dates with every food product that I buy, something I never had to before.
