Fully settled, promised PAID up letter not received!!!

I owed a total of R15,142.24 according to VVM Attorneys who are representing Woolworths credit card, to collect on their behalf. The full settlement letter i got from VVM attorneys to pay Woolworths was dated the 22nd of June 2020 and it stated that the letter is valid for 7 days. It was clear to me that 7 days only started on the 23rd of June 2020, so VVM agreed via WhatsApp message that I will make the payment on the 29th of June, which was the last day to fully settle. I paid on the morning of the 29th and VVM promised me a paid up letter. The letter from VVM didnt have any bank details on it so I was not even sure whether i will be paying VVM or Woolworths Credit Card. I asked for the bank details from VVM on the 24th of June and they delayed providing me with the bank details. Finally they did confirm that I am paying WFS, so i paid WFS on the 29th of June and VVM has since not yet sent me any paid up letter. They referred me to contact WFS. But WFS handed me over to Brooksluyt Attorneys to collect another R500 which was added after I fully settled WFS credit card. Brooksluyt Attornery also promised to follow up with WFS to clear the R500 debt which was added after I fully settled, I still dont have any feedback about my promised paid up letter and Brooksluyt is now harrasing me to pay the R500 extra balance towards WFS. I will NOT pay any money to Woolworths Financial Services, I dont owe them anything, I want my PROMISED paid letter. Now I regret even paying the R15,142 in the first place. I am NOT going to be bul**** by Woolworths, NEVER!
