Frustrated Customer- Due to lack of hygiene Proto calls breached in your Woolworths BLUFF STORE

On the 15th of May 2020 I Visited your bluff store to do shopping, upon entry of all banks, retailers it is a norm to have a mask in use as well as to maintain social distancing and the use of hand sanitizer are all norms we have to adhere to in order to prevent the curb of Covid-19 as directed by Government....As I entered as usual, we were directed to use the compulsory hand sanitizer made available upon entrance of your stores....I did so and completed my shopping, surprisingly upon exiting your store a female nurse in Uniform entered the store pushing a trolley and arrogantly pushed her trolley in without using the hand sanitizer, the guard from the entrance requested her to use it and she shunned him in view of another security guard and customers waiting outside. Her response was " I dont use that thing " uqoute .... he then looked on at her in shock and disbelief, the two guards did absolutely nothing thereafter. This is absolutely unacceptable whether she sanitized her hands before she entered is unknown even so as your signage clearly indicates upon entry to all of your Woolworths stores individuals are compelled to use the hand sanitizers provided. So why are your staff and management putting everyone else's lives, safety and health at risk of ******** individuals such as this person ? Please make sure this never happens again because not only are your staff at risk but so too are us as customers. This individual in question has an attitude that reflects one of ignorance and arrogance toward saving lives. Especially in her field of work she should be practicising her profession not endangering others, it is clear from this incident with her arrogance that she is disinterested in infecting others as she said that "I dont use that thing " meaning she probably does not even sanitize her hands !!!!! ...Please wake up your management should be on duty throughout the duration of operating hours as there was no manager at the front door when I exited. If i ever come across events of such nature again in any Woolworths store I will be be approaching the Department of health in this regard. ( exited store around 16:37 PM)
