Frustrated

I have had nothing but horror from your different departments, I app**** for a credit card , there was an error on it from your side, was told it was approved and nothing , no calls no emails nothing, i have been calling for over a month non stop and the only thing I hear is there is a problem on your side, why is it my problem.I then get told after a month of the run around that now there is no application HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. i WOULD LIKE SOMEONE OF AUTHORITY TO CALL ME AS THIS IS REDICULOUS.I have tried emailing , calling to no avail.I was approved for a certain amount and now I get told sorry error.

I am tired and would like a solution , listen to the recorded tapes of the conversations, look on the system.

I PAY MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH, this is madness that I have to go this route
