Frustrated

After numerous requests for a detailed monthly statement from Woolworths and MBD(to which my account is allegedly given over ) - I still have not received anything or a solution in this matter. I am not aware of what is going on in my Woolworths account or how and to what my monthly payments are allocated. I find this *********.
