From system error explaination to the Best Supervisor handson great service

Woolworths Mall@reds Customer Service Supervisor is always helpful and so informative. Its makes my shopping experience amazing, I must say the lady named Mokgadi has just been great for when I am at their counter.

Today on 8 June 2019, i had to activate a temporary card due to new account, and one of the consultant was finding it hard to explain and kept saying the system, i was like so now how do we grt a solution i told him if you tell me about system errors I am not aware but if you call your head office they can deal with it. Well he kept saying ahh the system and new accounts blah blah, i took my phone and called woolworths customer service, well while i was busy waiting on the phone, Mokgadi came to the consultant rescue and sorted the matter by the time my call was connected all waa done and sorted. Thank you Mokgadi, if it wasn't for her i was still going to waste airtime and call while the consultant wasn't able to communicate the matter accordingly rather than explain a system error without any solution.

It is always amazing to have a Supervisor like Mokgadi, please keep ot and you beautiful smile. Thank you
