Friendly Service

On 15 April 2021 I was at Woolworths Baywest in Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha. While in the food section I had a look at their wines and they lady in that section on the day, Bongiwe, if I remember correctly from her name badge has the most friendly and welcoming personality that I've come across in years. In the past few years, yes even before Covid, the standard of great customer service in Port Elizabeth dropped so low. At times I even felt like I'm bothering someone while in a shop and asking their assistance. I just want to that Bongiwe for being such a wonderful person with an amazing personality. You definitely made my day. I appreciate you. Keep shining bright.
