Friendly cashier while I was a bit stressed

I went to Wooliess Loftus to buy few things. When I got to the till. I was using a new card, for the first time. I ket using the wrong pin (not aware that the card came with a new pin, I only saw a part on the letter that said if I had an existing card, the current poin applies) The cashier was very patient with me. mind you they were about to close. I even called the bank but couldn't get help over the phone. The lady and her other colleague helped take some of the stuff back as I had to use another card that had less money. I really appreciate her patience with me. They never made me feel embarrassed because we ended up laughing
