Free one legged ckicken for bad service

I had horrible service at Woolworths Herm****, tried to buy a roasted chicken, but was totally ignored by the staff behind the counter. Eventually one of the two chicken available got sold to a guy that arrived after me.

After a complaint to the manager I was offered a one legged chicken for free to make up for the service failure. Laughable in itself, if not quite insulting.

Two callsto Headoffice, trying to speak to a manager at customer sevice was not answered, putting me on hold for more that 10 min. This will make for a great Woolworths party story.
