********** transactions

It is now 3 months since my card was compromised at Village Mall branch, to date the ********** transactions haven’t been reversed. Yet I still get text messages to pay. Plus the cheek of it all I’m being charged interest. I sent a signed affidavit re the transactions as requested. Pathetic service!
