********** refund policy - Woolworths Centurion Mall

<p>I bought a jersey at Woolworths Mall of Africa on sunday the 28 May 2017 and found out the the jersey is too big. I then decided to return it to Centurion Mall on tusday 30 May 2017. To my utter dismay, I was told by Elsbe Mashigo (manager) that they are not going to take the jersey back because it is not in a saleable state. I never even worn the jersey as i returned it the day after i pourchased it, She was very rude and lacked customer etigute. I even pointed out to her that the till slip states that you will exchange or refund if the item is returned within 60 days. I am utterly disgusted about how woolworths is conducting its business. I want to warn everyone never to buy clothing from woolworths as their return policy is nothing but ***** and a ****.</p>
