********** deduction from my credit card for online shopping

I ordered online 17 March 2020 and R4,587.52 was deducted from my credit card. My order was delivered 23 March and half the items were missing because they were out of stock. The order this accounted to R2,636.39 WHICH THEY DEDUCTED AGAIN from my credit card! I have emailed, tried calling the call centre - no response. I want my account refunded immediately! This is *****
