********** AND ********* ONLINE BEHAVIOUR
I made on online order for a friend of mine who has recently had a newborn baby. I ordered flowers, a baby grown and some confectionary food items (tea, chocolates etc.). I specifically noted in writing on the online order that I wanted my delivery delivered ALL TOGETHER in one batch and in one delivery (even if the delivery date was required to be slightly pushed out to ensure that this is the case). I agreed to pay one delivery charge for this order and input my precious credit card details following agreement of the full and total cost for ONE delivery and ONE order. The following day I received an email confirming that my delivery had been split and that Woolworths had taken it upon themselves to CHARGE me for TWO DELIVERIES resulting in TWO delivery costs. They have simply made this decision and taken the money off my credit card without my consent or agreement. This is ***** and they have effectively ****** my money. I am shocked and appalled that a consumer retail brand of this magnitude has been so *********. I am extremely distressed and annoyed that they are quite clearly taking advantage of their valuable customers due to the scale of their ********** transactions and do not think unfair for this to be escalated and reported on all social media and public consumer channels. The awareness of this thievery needs to be made clear to everyone who supports this brand far and wide. I am extremely angry to say the very least and will not rest at this type of unacceptable online *****.
