I opened an account with Woolworths account number 6 ********** 9 ********** , they gave me a 30day paper to buy with and told me i will get a card in the post. i bought stuff with the paper and my ID and i paid it off. I have never received a a card through the post. When i reported they tell me they sent me the card so if they send me another to collect at a store they will charge me for it. This is *****, they never sent me a card to begin with and now they want to charge me for it. If they had any sense they would check their systems and see that i have never had a card hence i have never purchased with a card. For a brand that prides itself with providing quality, they seem to do the opposite in this case.
