***** purchase on my account

There's a purchase that shows on my account which I did not do. The last purchase was on the 30/01/2021 at Cornubia Mall for R517.17 and have a receipt for it. When I wake this morning to make a payment with my Woolworths app it shows a purchase 1300 that I don't know about, I contact the customer care and they told me that they cannot see that transaction, I'm now at Woolworths Cornubia they also saying the same thing. I will not pay for something I did not purchase can this amount be removed on my account immediately. Do I need to open a ***** case.
