***** perpetrted on my Woolworths Card

Today 11 Nov 2020 I went into Town Square Woolies to buy food and my Woolies card was declined even though I had funds available on the card. The manager made enquiries and he told me my card was blocked due to ***** - somebody had tried to buy online using my card. I NEVER purchase online. Ever. Never ever. I requested the form I need to fill in to be e-mailed to me, to no avail. My e-mail is ***. I am absolutely mortified!!!
