*****, Ownership????

so how do you change a customers details, in my case, my address on the account, without my knowledge, concent, go ahead, indication, any sign? So now, no one is taking responsibility, or ownership? After amany mails and calls to your call center, everyone tells me that they are taking care of this for me. so how now??????
