***** = Inside job at Woolworths

Woolworths allows other people to buy on your card. Not even my husband can buy on my card, but someone can buy for over R6500.00 on my account in Midrand. This must be an inside job. When you try and follow up on this issue, you get transferred, and transferred, and transferred with no assistance or feedback. Then they have the guts to email me a customer satisfication email on my experience at this Midrand store. Pathetic, if need be i will make a office case at the SAPS against the whole of Woolworths for this outstanding amount as there is nobody that is willing to assist me.
