I can't believe how pathetic and useless is woolworths in Feb 2019 I app**** for a woolworths store card online got approved and was smsed to collect the card at my preferred store. I have never collected the card in fact last year sometime i got a call saying i should collect the card i advised I no longer wanted the card. To my surprise on 11/01/2021 I received a sms stating I had made purchases to the value of R2042. A whole year later they still had a card that I did not want. Clearly this was a inside job one of there employees took it and tried there luck and got away. They needed my ID and Signature at the store to collect so how did they hand the card over.
