***** Claim for Woolworths???

Hi All<br> i HOPE that Someone can assist??? I have a woolworths account, that was in arrears about a year ago. I settled my account. i went to Trade Route Mall in Lenasia Johannesburg. i cannot remember the correct date but when i got to the store i went to customer services to get assistance, which they did do. i Asked the lady what is the settlement amount on my account? she gave me a figure Which i Payed in FULL. I made sure Before i left Customer services That nothing was owing and there would NO our charges and They Said No there would be nothing unless I make a purchase on my account, there would be nothing NOTHING NO Extra Charges or Anything. I made it clear at the store and that was Final, this is why i did not close my account after doing this.Now i have A lady calling me from NBS saying that i ow R250 to them for charges???? I made sure when i settled my account that nothing else was owed. I fail to understand that a Year Later Somebody can claim i ow them Money Woolworths behalf??? and when ask them to send a statement of any sort, they NEVER seem to do so. the lady that called me this says her Manager didnt send the email and she wass going to follow up onit. 2hours later
