We are on lockdown, but guess what? My son in-law's account was hacked, someone bought from his account, opened a loan as well, he has just received a notification that he has opened a loan account in Johannesburg and he is in Cape Town, no one is picking up the phone when we call the numbers given online, we went to Tyger valley store, we were told that the Finance department is closed due to lockdown so they can't help. Where does one go /do?
