Found a bug in yoghurt

<p>Early yesterday morning I found a very crunchy bug in a small tub of full cream raspberry yoghurt. I took a photo and laid a complaint on Woolworths' website. I also posted the complaint to their Facebook page today. Up until now they haven't made any contact with me. Their standards are dropping fast and yet they still charge exorbitant prices. In the last few weeks I twice had problems with smoked salmon that is old long before the best by date and I've let it slide, but enough is enough. When I spoke to the manager at the store where I bought it she wasn't interested at all. Just told me head office must handle it. </p>
