Formal Escalation of Complaint – Vehicle Damage Incident and Unprofessional Conduct

I am extremely disappointed with the manner in which Woolworths has handled my complaint regarding damage caused to my vehicle by one of their employees on 28 April 2026.

After submitting two complaints in good faith, I expected the matter to be handled professionally and with the seriousness it deserves. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.

During my telephonic conversations with Mr Saeed, I found his attitude to be arrogant, dismissive, and highly unprofessional on both occasions. Instead of showing empathy or attempting to resolve the issue constructively, his conduct reflected a complete lack of concern for the inconvenience, frustration, and damage caused.

What makes this even more disappointing is that this complaint involves damage to personal property, yet I was treated as though my concerns were insignificant. As a loyal customer, I find it unacceptable for a manager representing Woolworths to communicate with customers in such a disrespectful manner.

To date, I am still awaiting proper written feedback regarding the incident and clarity on what steps Woolworths intends to take to resolve the matter. I have specifically requested communication in writing, but this has not been adequately addressed.

I am therefore requesting urgent escalation and review of both:

1. The original vehicle damage incident, and 2. The unprofessional conduct displayed during my interactions with Mr Saeed.

Customers deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and fairness when raising legitimate concerns. I trust Woolworths will now give this matter the serious attention it deserves and provide a satisfactory resolution.
