Foreign objects found in Woolworths Yoghurt

On 24 March, I lodged a complaint on the Woolworths facebook page when I found some plastic/fibre strings in a little yoghurt tub. This 6-pack yoghurt was bought on 22 March from the Woolworths Food situated in Waterkloof Ridge Lifestyle Centre. I received a response the same day on my facebook entry, asking for my contact detail etc, and informing me that they will investigate. It is now 10 days later, and although I contacted them twice in the interim to find out what the situation is, I have not heard anything from them. This service is absolutely disgusting!!
