Forcing me to cover up my baby and discriminating against single mothers

My husband and I with our 8 month old baby decided to do some shopping on Friday.

Upon entering we santized and went about our business. Only after falling in the pay queue did the manager approach me and requested that I cover my baby. My baby was strapped to my person.

I informed him that I can't cover her up because she can suffocate and won't stay closed. Babies at that age is very curious and inquisitive.

He became adamant and said I need to cover her up. I said again I can't as she will die should I try and cover her. (Please read about babies health and damaging affect of masks).

He became more and more aggressive. After awhile I said what would happen if I was alone with my baby (no husband) and needed to buy food. He quite frankly stated I would not be allowed to come in to the shop. I said well now you are discriminating against single mothers with babies and again he said they would not be allowed to go in.

I know what is happening in the world and I know the seriousness of Covid 19, however telling me that single mothers with babies wont be allowed to buy food for themselves is really ridiculous.

I will be posting this on social media and inform all the single mothers in the area that they will not be allowed in the woolworths Lifestyle because they will discriminated against.

Some single mothers don't have the support system to leave their babies with other people.

And should I want to buy food on the woolworths app with a delivering date of 2 weeks later is very unrealistic. Don't even bother email them directly, they wont bother to respond.
