Forced to resign and doesnt want to give me UIF money.

I Veranise Nolita Solomons would like to put in a complaint about Woolworths Welgemoed office staff. I emailed them papers from Manpower for UIF to be filled in on Tuesday 11 Oct 2022 but they never filled in the 2 forms. The ladg at Manpower told me to send it to the place that I worked at and Christal Isaks told me that I mjst send it to Cape Town's Head office but I worked for Welgemoed Woolworths. I asked Christal Isaks to send me the email for Cape Town Head Office and Im still waiting. The reason why I resigned is because Khutala Maniniwa Panda(Store manager of Woolworths) told me to resign because she said that she can't fire me because she said Manpower would want to know why she fired me. I filled in the papers there but I fidnt received copies of it, I worked my whole shift finish but still they gave me a code :W44 I worked from 2005 until 2021 in interactive. I want to know why don't they just fill in the forms, so that I can draw my UIF?
