Forced personal loan

I am as mad as hell right now, Woolworths have given me a personal loan that I did not apply for, neither approve, this is an act of sale desperation, they deposited money into my account without my knowledge, now I have to spend more money to reverse the transaction and phoning them to cancel this personal loan that I am not even aware of, I am currently applying for a property loan and if this account is not closed by 10:00AM today, hell will break lose that I can assure you, this is so *********, you cannot just give me a personal loan without my concern, are you that desperate??? sort this mess immediately,
