Food quality complaint

I bought a packet of four Tomato and Mozzarella ****ins at Woolworths Northcliff on Monday 15 June 2020. When serving them to guests the next day, I was horrified that one contained a hair. I have pictures as evidence. As one of South Africa’s premier food shopping chains, I am shocked that Woolworths does not have the necessary hygiene protocols in place to ensure the highest food quality standards.
