Food items advertised, zero stock - No communication from Woolworths Food in Vanderbijlpark Riverside SW5

Food items (Beyond Beef Plant-Based Ground Meat 453 g and Beyond Meat Plant-Based Burger 2 Pk) were advertised in their weekly specials and were not in stock. I left my details in store for the staff at this store to contact me a week ago. I have not been contacted to date about my order. This is not the first time this has happened, I previously left my details in store for other items and nobody contacted me. Can somebody at this store contact me?
